SERVICE AGREEMENT

AUDIT LITE TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and delivery of the Audit Lite or Audit Lite Pro social media audit service ("Service") offered by BK Marketing & Consulting LLC ("BK Marketing," "we," "us"). By checking the agreement box on our intake form and/or completing payment for this Service, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES
BK Marketing will deliver one (1) social media audit, covering account/content review, engagement benchmarking, and specific recommendations, as a written report via email to the email provided on the intake form.

2. FEE & PAYMENT
The fee for this Service is $297 USD for Audit Lite or $497 USD for Audit Lite Pro, due in full and payable before work begins. This is a flat, one-time fee — no recurring charges. Work will not begin until payment is received in full.

3. DELIVERY
Your audit will be delivered within 5 business days of BK Marketing receiving your payment and your completed intake information. Delays in providing payment or accurate and complete intake information may extend this timeline.

 

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate, complete information via our intake form, and to respond to any reasonable follow-up requests needed to complete your audit.

 

5. OWNERSHIP
Upon full payment, you own the specific findings, recommendations, and content of your delivered audit report for your own business use. BK Marketing retains ownership of its underlying methodology, frameworks, and templates, and may reference this engagement (without identifying confidential details) for its own marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep any non-public business information shared during this engagement confidential, and to use it only for the purposes of this engagement.

 

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Social media performance depends on many factors outside BK Marketing's control. This audit provides analysis and recommendations; it does not guarantee any specific outcome, growth, or result.

 

8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If you cancel before BK Marketing has begun work on your audit, you're entitled to a full refund. BK Marketing typically begins work within 24 hours of receiving your payment and completed intake information, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once work has started, refunds aren't guaranteed. If you are not happy with your audit, reach out and we'll work together to make it right, whether that means revising the deliverable or issuing a refund if the issue can't be resolved.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BK Marketing's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for this Service. BK Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this engagement.

 

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
BK Marketing may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date you check the agreement box and/or complete payment is the version that governs your purchase.

 

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
