Most social media advice is built around volume. Post more. Post daily. Jump on every trend.

 

Most of it misses the point entirely.

The businesses I've seen grow consistently aren't the ones posting the most. They're the ones who know exactly who they're talking to, what they stand for, and what they want people to do next.  Everything else (the content, the cadence, the captions) flows from that. Get the foundation wrong and you're just creating noise at scale.
