Creating community-first content for one of the most recognized names in the dive industry.
Aqualung is one of the most recognized names in the dive industry, and they came in with a meaningful goal: hit 100,000 Instagram followers while building a community that felt worthy of the brand's legacy. With a posting cadence of 5–6 posts per week plus stories, the bar for quality and consistency was high.
The strategy centered on community-first content. That meant showing up for divers, not just selling to them. We utilized a content mix that honored the sport: underwater photography, gear education, diver spotlights, and platform-native engagement tactics that put real faces and real stories at the center of the feed. The dive community is tight-knit and passionate, and content that spoke to that earned its place.
Consistency was a non-negotiable. At that volume, every post had to have a reason to exist, and each one contributed to a feed that felt curated, not cluttered. Stories extended the conversation and kept the community coming back between posts.
