The brief was to accelerate growth in both following and engagement across Instagram and Facebook, showing up consistently with 3–4 posts and 2–3 stories per week.
The strategy centered on content that spoke the language of the community: race prep, gear, training, and the mindset that drives endurance athletes. This isn't a casual lifestyle brand — the audience shows up with purpose, and the content had to match.
Content was developed to serve multiple audience segments — competitive triathletes, open-water swimmers, and fitness swimmers — without losing the brand's performance identity. Engagement wasn't chased; it was earned through relevance.
